사찰뉴스 기록으로만 확인되던 '경주 미탄사지' 사역과 규모 확인
문화재청(청장 최응천)은 경주시(시장 주낙영)와 함께 오는 30일 오후 2시 발굴조사 현장에서 경주 황룡사지 남쪽에 위치한 '경주 미탄사지 삼층석탑(味呑寺址 三層石塔)' 주변 발굴조사 성과를 일반에 공개하는 설명회를 개최한다. 미탄사는 그간 역사 기록에는 남아 있지만 실존 여부는 알 수 없었다. 그러다 2014년 문화재청 중요 폐사지 시·발굴조사 사업에서 '미탄(味呑)'명 기와가 출토되면서 삼층석탑과 함께 사찰의 위치를 확인했고, 신라왕경 핵심유적 복원정비 사업의 하나로 2018년부터 본격적으로 발굴조사를 진행한 결과 이번에 미탄사의 사역(사찰이 차지하는 구역)과 배치가 확인됐다. 조사 결과 '미탄사'는 8세기 후반 기존 황룡사지 남쪽 신라방 내 가옥에서 사찰로 전환돼 13세기까지 운영된 것으로 확인됐다. 사역은 신라왕경 방리제 안에서 방내도로로 구획된 곳에 세로 약 160ｍ, 가로 약 75ｍ, 면적 12,000㎡로, 삼층석탑과 금당지를 비롯한 여러 동의 부속 건물과 원지(園池, 정원 안에 있는 연못), 담장, 우물, 배수로 등이 갖춰져 있었다. 사찰 영역은 삼층석탑과 금당으로 구성된 예불 공간, 승려들이 거주하는 승방과 부속 건물 등으로 구성된 생활공간,

건강 강북구, 어르신 치매예방 지원 확대…치료비 전액 무료
서울 강북구(구청장 이순희)는 어르신 치매예방을 위해 '한의약 건강증진사업' 지원 대상을 확대한다고 21일 밝혔다. 이 사업은 어르신에게 친밀한 한방침, 한약, 한방프로그램 등을 지원함으로써 치매, 인지장애 등을 예방·관리하기 위해 시행한다. 구는 지원 대상을 지난해 100명에서 올해 120명으로 확대했다. 인지 및 우울증 검사에 따라 보건소형과 한의원형으로 나눠 12월까지 실시한다. 보건소는 정상군 노인을 대상으로 ▲치매예방교육 ▲기공체조 ▲총명체조 ▲총명침 치료 등을 지원하고, 구 지정한의원에서는 인지저하 위험군을 대상으로 ▲어혈쇠척도 및 혈액검사 ▲침치료 및 첩약 ▲한의약 치료 개별상담 및 교육 등을 제공한다. 1인당 지원금은 56∼64만원 상당이다. 대상자로 선정되면 모든 혜택을 전액무료로 받을 수 있다. 타 지자체와 마찬가지로 강북구도 매년 치매유병률이 증가하고 있는 추세다. 지난해 60세이상 치매유병률은 전체 노인의 7.39％이며, 경도인지장애(치매고위험군) 유병률은 20.52％ 였다. 구가 지난해 동사업을 실시한 결과 115명이 신청하고 99명이 치료를 완료했다. 인지지능점수가 4.2점 향상됐고 우울점수는 1.5점 감소하는 개선효과를 봤다. 만

출판 "아동 학대 막자" 서울 중구, 아동행복센터 출범
서울 중구(구청장 김길성)가 아동행복센터를 열고 학대 피해 아동을 체계적으로 돌볼 수 있는 여건을 마련했다. 구는 지난 19일 중부교육지원청, 중부·남대문 경찰서, 아동보호전문기관 등에서 관계자 8명이 참석한 가운데 아동행복센터 현판식을 개최했다. 2020년부터 올해 7월까지 구에 접수된 아동학대 신고 건수는 220건에 달한다. 점차 증가하는 아동학대에 대응하기 위해 관계기관과의 긴밀한 협력을 통한 세밀한 조사가 필요한 상황이었다. 그간 구는 조사에 필요한 상담 공간과 회의실이 마땅치 않아 불편을 겪었다. 이번에 중구청 별관 3층에 마련한 아동행복센터는 아동이 편안하게 진술할 수 있는 공간과 화상회의시스템을 갖춰 아동학대 예방 및 대응 업무가 훨씬 효율적으로 진행될 것으로 구는 보고 있다. 온라인 회의는 구가 운영하는 소통 플랫폼 '온통중구'를 활용한다. 피해 아동이 아동복지관 등 시설에 입소한 때에도 원격 화상시스템을 활용해 아동의 상태를 살피고 원활하게 의견을 주고받을 수 있다. 구는 월 1회 경찰, 아동보호전문기관, 교육지원청과 함께 '아동학대 대응 정보 연계협의회'를 열어 아동학대 사건 관련 정보를 공유하고 있다. 아동학대 여부를 판단하고 전문가 의견

생활 양천구, 저소득층 무료 집수리 사업 전년 대비 130만 원 상향…최대 250만 원
양천구(구청장 이기재)는 저소득 주거취약가구의 집을 무료로 고쳐주는 '희망의 집수리 사업' 대상 가구를 이달 31일까지 모집한다고 밝혔다. '희망의 집수리 사업'은 저소득 주거 취약가구를 대상으로 가구당 250만 원 한도에서 도배, 장판, 싱크대 등을 수리해 주거환경을 개선하는 사업으로, 상반기에도 18가구를 지원한 바 있다. 특히 올해는 지원 금액이 지난해보다 130만 원 상향됐으며, 시공항목도 확대돼 화재·침수·가스누설 경보기, 차수판, 소화기 등 안전시설과 환풍기, 보일러가 추가됐다. 신청대상은 주택법상 '주택'에 거주하는 기준중위소득 60％ 이하의 자가 또는 임차가구다. 재해·재난에 취약한 반지하가구와 동 주민센터에서 추천한 긴급가구 등을 우선 선정해 지원할 계획이다. 단, 주거급여 수급자 중 수선유지급여를 받는 '자가 가구'와, 타기관 또는 민간단체가 시행한 집수리 서비스를 지원받거나 최근 3년(21∼23년) 이내 '희망의 집수리' 사업의 기수혜자는 지원 대상에서 제외된다. 신청기간은 이달 31일까지며, 주소지 동 주민센터에 방문 신청하면 된다. 한편, 구는 저소득 청년가구의 주거비 부담 경감을 위해 최대 12개월간 월 20만 원의 임차료를 지원하는
