글 / 세계불교승가청년연합 총재 상산스님 살기좋은 세상에 어쩌다가 인간들이 짐승만도 못한 짓 들을 할까? 문명은 대책없이 최고로 앞섰지만 되려 어렵고 힘든세상 적응들을 못한다. 문명을 쫓아 가려니 가랭이가 찢어지고 벼랑끝에 매달려 발버둥 치는 안타까운 현실들 이다. 어느 집이고 자식새끼 귀하고 귀하지 않은 집 어디 있으랴! 귀한 자식 안쓰럽다. 자식들을 화초 인생 만들어서야 되겠습니까? 스스로 눈보라 치고 태풍 폭우 속에서도 견딜줄 아는 자생력 강하고 자립정신 으로 슬기롭게 살아가는 자식을 만들어야 효자 효녀가 된다. 요즘 부모들은 자식 손자들 에게 스스로 노애가 되어 다 퍼주고 그 공덕이 돌아오지 않으면 울고불고 대성통곡 한다. 다 빼앗기고 울고불고 후회하고 가슴치다 결국 양로원 요양원 현대판 고려장 신세 된다. 스스로 할 수 있다'는 생각을 심어주는 동기부여가 필요하다.

특별기고 조화調和의 정토淨土를 지향하는 지혜智慧의 공덕功德
재단법인 일정불교문화재단, 가피암 회주 일정대종사의 법문 3 다섯 가지의 德目에 의해서 반야경에서는 보시布施、지계持戒、인욕忍辱、정진精進, 선禪 반야의 여섯 가지를 육도六度、또는 육바라밀六波羅蜜이라고 한다. 그 가운데 보시布施라고 하는 것은 준다는 것이다. 한마디로 무공無空의 지혜를 반야경般若經이라고 하는데 그 가운데에는 크게는 육백 권에서 작게는 반야심경과 같은 작은 것까지 수많은 경전이 있다. 따라서 그 내용도 또한 천차만별이다. 그러나 그럼에도 불구하고 일률적으로 반야경이라고 하는 것은 그 가운데 일관된 사상의 근저가 있으며 그것에 바탕을 두고 여러 방면으로 사상思想이 발전하여 있기 때문이다. 이제 그 공통점 즉 근저根底의 사상으로서 무無와空의 지혜智慧의 반야般若에 바탕을 두고 여러 가지 반야경이 전개되었다는 것은 이미 많은 사람에 의해서 잘 설명이 되고 있다. 이러한 무無와 공空의 지혜는 반야심경뿐만 아니라 불교 그 자체의 근본적 성격이라 할 수 있는 것으로서, 만약 유럽의 전통적인 사고방식을「유有」의 지혜에 바탕을 두는 그것으로 생각해 왔다고, 한다면 전혀 반대의 관점에 서는 것이라고 할 수밖에 없다. 발상發想과 그것에 바탕을 두는 행동의 패턴으로서는

사회일반 정용근 전 대전경찰청장 총선 출마 선언
법왕청신문 이정하 기자 | 지난 14일 정용근 전 대전경찰청장(58)이 충북 충주에서 내년 총선 출마를 공식적으로 선언했다. 정용근 전 청장은 충주시청 브리핑룸에서 기자회견을 열어 뜨거운 열정과 겸허한 마음으로 22대 국회의원 선거에 출마를 결심 했다고 밝혔다. 정 청장은 "청와대와 국무총리실에서 근무한 국정 경험과 인맥으로 충주도약을 끌어갈 준비가 돼 있다"며 "역동적 대한민국과 활기찬 충주 미래를 위해 출마를 결심했다"고 고 말했다. 그러면서 "다른 후보들과 열정의 차이를 보여주겠다"면서 "정치가 국민의 삶을 먼저 챙기는 희망과 포용, 통합과 민생정치를 말이 아닌 행동으로 실천하겠다"고 강조했다. 그는 1965년 충주시 용탄동에서 태어나 목행초교, 충주중, 충주고를 거쳐 경찰대학(3기)을 졸업했다. 이후 음성경찰서장, 충북경찰청장, 경찰청 교통국장, 대전경찰청장을 지냈다. 지난 12일 예비후보로 등록했다.

글 / 세계불교승가청년연합 총재 상산스님 지금 힘이 없는 사람 이라고 우습게 보지 마라! 나중에 큰 코다칠 수 있다. 평소에 잘해라. 평소에 쌓아둔 공덕은 위기 때 빛을 발한다. 고마우면 고맙다고 미안하면 미안하다고 큰 소리로 말해라. 입은 말하라고 있는 것이다. 마음으로 고맙다고 생각하는 것은 인사가 아니다. 남이 내 마음속까지 읽을 만큼 한가하지 않다. 기대를 앞세우면 실망이 먼저오고 실망을 오래두면 희망이 사라진다. 성실한 노력으로 하루를 잘쓰면 행복은 찾아오고 불행은 물러간다. 기쁨은 노력결과 슬픔은 게으름 탓 이다. 웃으면 복(福)이 오고 성내면 화(禍)가 온다. 있을때 잘하려 말고 평소에 잘해야 한다. 옛 친구들을 챙겨라. 새로운 네트워크를 만드느라 지금 가지고 있는 최고의 재산을 소홀히 하지 마라. 정말 힘들 때 누구에게 가서 울겠느냐? 나 자신을 발견해라. 다른 사람들 생각하느라 나를 잃어 버리지 마라.

환경 남양주시, 겨울철 복지위기가구 집중발굴·지원 추진
남양주시(시장 주광덕)는 취약계층의 사회적·경제적 위기 상황이 가중되는 겨울철을 대비한 '겨울철 위기가구 발굴·지원 계획'을 수립하고, 올해 12월부터 내년 2월까지 3개월간 복지위기가구 집중 발굴 기간을 운영한다고 12일 밝혔다. 겨울철은 건설 휴지기 및 농한기로 계절형 실업 증가와 난방비용 부담, 한파 취약 고위험군 발생, 비닐하우스, 컨테이너 등에서 생활하는 비정상 거처 거주자의 건강과 안전 문제가 크게 증가하는 시기이다. 이에 시는 16개 읍면동 행정복지센터와 주민센터, 지역사회보장협의체 사회단체 등 지역단위 명예사회복지공무원 인적안전망을 통해 겨울철 고위험군, 에너지 빈곤층, 생활 곤란자, 주거취약가구를 집중 발굴하고, 위기 상황별 맞춤형 지원을 강화할 계획이다. 특히, 외부활동이 줄어드는 독거 어르신, 중증장애인 등의 고위험가구에 대해서는 한파 대비 안부전화, 복지욕구 파악, 건강상태 확인 등 정기적 모니터링 및 돌봄 지원을 강화할 방침이다. 시는 현재 주거취약가구로 발굴된 97가구의 안전 관리 모니터링, 주거환경 개선사업, 임대주택사업 등 주거복지사업을 적극 연계 지원하고, 신규 비정상 거처 가구를 지속적으로 발굴할 계획이다. 아울러, 사회보장정
